The plaques are limited to a maximum size of 350mm x 230mm. Flower vases are permitted behind the memorial berm, within the actual garden area. This area is also available as a memorial only where no ashes are actually interred.

Several shapes on the top of the headstones are available, such as camber, wave, checked camber, checked saddle, gable and book-shaped. Each headstone base fits either one or two flower vases.
